Description: A
sweet tempered breed that comes in longhaired or shorthaired
varieties, gets its name from its long tufted, curled ears
which are a genetic mutation. It may come as a surprise to
know that they are born with straight ears that gently curl
until they reach the age of around 16 weeks at which point
the ears are set.
American Curls have very little undercoat so
they are a minimal shedding breed and do not require a lot
of grooming. It's coats silky texture comes in a variety of
colors
that are listed below.
