Shorthairs
Description: Compact
and well muscled are one of the first things you will notice
when you look at a British Shorthair. Their thick undercoat
helps them stay warm even on cold days while he is out hunting.
They are fondly referred to as "four-feet-on-the-ground
cats because they do not like being handled. Even though they
do not have a fondness for handling they have a wonderful
disposition.
Think Twice If: Have
small children. Although British Shorthairs have a gentle disposition
they do not like to be handled too much.

Problems: About 1/2 of them have type B
blood.
