Description:
The Japanese Bobtail, is an active cat who needs companionship. Beware if a
Japanese Bobtail becomes bored it can be destructive. Overall the Japanese
Bobtail is a playful cat who travels well. They love to play fetch and it
is said that they also sing.
The Japanese Bobtail is a talkative cat and will
often answer when spoken to. They come in two varieties long
hair, and short hair. The back legs are much longer than the
front and give them a unique gait.
Kittens are often born bigger than most other
breeds, these kittens often walk early, and are active at an
earlier age which means that they get into trouble soon too.
The most distinctive feature of the Japanese
Bobtail is of course it's tail which is a unique on each cat
as a persons fingerprints. Their tails can be flexible or rigid,
and will have one or more curves, angels or kinks.
Think Twice If: You
have limited space and are not often home. These guys need
either human companionship or another cat to play with.
